Now Hiring - Customer Service/Sales Representative in Carol Stream, IL

Buss – Inc USA is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full time position at our Carol Stream, IL facility. Buss is a technological leader in the compounding industry. Buss manufactures and services this machinery worldwide. This positions core focus is to provide proactive support to the existing customer base and to help the processing of parts and service orders using primarily our ABAS ERP system.

Objectives:

Ø Support existing and new customers inquiries for spare parts and other related items

Ø Generating spare parts quotations and entering sales orders.

Ø Creating purchase orders from our suppliers.

Ø Provides basic customer support by telephone and e-mail.

Ø Pack and organize shipments from our warehouse while maintaining stock levels

Ø Work closely with corporate for spare parts and other related inquires as needed

Ø Work closely with sales generating recommended parts list for new machines

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast paced work environment with a limited amount of guidance.
• Works well in a team based and small company environment
• High level communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Multitasking.
• Provide high level of customer support.
• Maintain open communication channels with other departments within the company (service, sales team, management).
• High level of accuracy.
• Focus on building relationships with existing and new customers.
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
• Microsoft Office suite (in particular MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable learning new software tools.
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
